Pandemic hits hotel business badly. Through narrative analysis, this study aims to discuss what kind of resilient factors and strategies shown by hotel industry in several places in Indonesia during the pandemic. After massive vaccination and optimism in the industry, resilience factor is required for hotel business from individual side (employees, management, and hotel owners should have and develop the five sides of resilience) and community factors
