Abstract : Supremacy of law is the key word to make "rechststaats".Supremacy of law, heiger justice indeed/ Law implematation by "eigenrichting" is one of wrong to this aim. The law most become special rule in the effort to elimanated wrong doer. Law making without the effort to the law is self, will become the chalenge supremacy of law.
